Bradley Burwell is a Vice President for CBRE | Hotels, specializing in the sales and capitalization of upper-upscale and luxury hotels. Since 2005, Bradley has worked on over $1 billion of capital market transactions with deals across the United States, in the Caribbean and in Canada. Bradley has an extensive background in the hospitality sector; he has served in various management level capacities at several hotel properties. He also gained two years of experience in the real estate investment industry working in asset and property management. He is also Chairman of the Tri-State Chapter of the AH&LA Gateway Under 30.

Erik Warner '98, Advisory Board Chairman
Erik Warner is a Principal with Eagle Point Hotel Partners ("EPHP"), a venture between CarVal Investors (formerly known as Cargill Value Investment) and Ramsfield Real Estate. The company is an opportunistic hotel real estate investor, lender and asset manager. Mr. Warner graduated from the School of Hotel Administration in 1998. When he is not working he enjoys traveling with his family, sailing, photography, lion taming, food and wine.

Alan Fleischman '65, Tresurer
Alan Fleischman'65 has been a Board Member since 2003 and Treasurer since 2006. Alan owned and operated hotels, restaurants, catering and clubs for 40 years. Today he owns ADF Real Estate, Inc (Commercial Real Estate Brokerage) and Restaurant Development Associates LLC www.restaurantdevelopmentassociates.com consulting in all areas of Hospitality. Alan is married to Denise Fleischman for 26 years. The Fleischman's have 2 children, Courtney 25 a Marketing Coordinator at Bravo TV and Morgan 22,a senior at the Cornell Hotel School.

Alissa Stock '07, Event and Social Chair
Alissa is currently the Director of Sales for Sabre Hospitality Solutions. She handles the Northeast and Canada where she helps empower hotel operators to consolidate and manage hotel inventory from all sources -- seamless GDS connectivity, popular Internet travel sites, private-label central reservations systems, and full-service hotel Web sites. Alissa is also on the Executive Committee for the Greater New York Chapter of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) as the Vice President of Marketing, where she oversees four committees. She served as President of the Cornell Hotel Society, Collegiate Chapter when she was a student.

Ben Davison '05, Philanthropy Chair
Benjamin Davison is a Senior Associate at Hotel Capital Advisers, the exclusive hotel investment advisor to Kingdom Holding Company since 1994. In this capacity, Mr. Davison is responsible for the asset management of Kingdom's real estate and brand investments in North America and Europe, in addition to assisting with various transactional assignments. Prior to joining HCA, Mr. Davison worked with Ernst & Young LLP's Transaction Real Estate and Transaction Tax practices and in various hotel operational positions. Mr. Davison graduated in 2005 with a concentration in real estate.

Hanif Jivraj '94, E-Marketing
Hanif Jivraj is the Director of Revenue at Yotel New York. In the past he has held revenue positions at Jumeirah Essex House, the London NYC and the Plaza Hotel. He has also worked at American Express and Orbitz. Hanif got his start in hotels from Hilton Hotels, having been at the Waldorf=Astoria, The Hilton at Short Hills and the New York Hilton. A native New Yorker, Hanif enjoys photography, music and watching the Yankees.

Zoe Martineau is a Financial Analyst with CB Richard Ellis' Investment Properties Hotel Group. Based in the firm's New York City office, Zoe is part of the sales and disposition team, and is responsible for providing research, financial, market, valuation and business analyses. Since joining the team in June 2010, Zoe has worked on over $300 million of capital market transactions with deals across the United States.

Jacob is a financial advisor in the Global Private Client Group in Merrill's flagship office in downtown Manhattan. In 2008, Jacob made the transition into the financial services industry, joining the Dunn Group from his previous career in restaurants. Jacob is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.

Cherie Bagwill '84, 80s Committee Chair
Cherie is currently Vice President of Schrier Wirth Executive Search. She has been with the firm for more than 10 years and has successfully placed candidates in a wide range of hospitality related positions. She is a graduate of the Masters of Professional Studies Program at Cornell University's School of Administration and she received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and International Studies from Rollins College.

Rebecca Robinson currently works as a Market Manager for Expedia Inc. Through partnerships with New York City hotels, Rebecca works closely to provide marketing and distribution support for hotels on Expedia, Hotels.com and Hotwire. Rebecca graduated from the Hotel School in 2007.

Emily Lepore '10, Hotel Show Chair
Emily Lepore graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in 2010 with a concentration in Managerial Leadership. A recent graduate of The Hotel School, Emily, in addition to her demanding academic calendar, served as a President of the Cornell Hotel Society, Collegiate Chapter that governs the student body and worked with alumni to bridge connections with students. Emily Lepore is currently working for The Leading Hotels of the World family as the membership Coordinator in charge of the quality initiatives.
